In Vehicle anxiety is a very common form of anxiety after being involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident. It can range in severity from a hesitation to drive, where anxiety is always present, all the way up to a total refusal to drive at all, in which case it becomes a driving phobia. A phobia is a fear that is paralyzing but irrational. There can also be Amaxophobia, or the fear of being a passenger, which can be virtually crippling. Imagine how life-limiting it would be if you were too afraid to be a passenger in a car, bus, train, or airplane.
How can we help ?
